PLEASE NOTE the Peel Law
Association Library and its services are ONLY available to members-in-good-standing
of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 and open to LSUC members only.
Closures
The Library is typically closed for statutory holidays, including:
Good Friday ~ Easter Monday ~ Victoria Day ~ Canada Day ~ August Civic Holiday ~ Labour Day ~ Thanksgiving Day ~ Remembrance Day ~ December 24th to January 1st inclusive

Located within the A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse, the
PLA Library is operated under the guidance of the PLA’s volunteer
Board of Directors and Library Committee. Funding for the library
is derived from the annual practice fees of the lawyers of Ontario
with additional grants from the Law Foundation of Ontario and the
Ministry of the Attorney General.
Established in 1950, the library’s collection contains over
10,000 volumes in print with numerous electronic resources including
full QuickLaw, eCarswell and Internet access as well as CD-ROMs
and an online catalogue. The new online library catalogue can be
accessed at http://library.lsuc.on.ca
and selecting Peel Region to review our collection.
